Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Referral Unlock Payments

Referral unlock payments are final unless covered under the referral protection policy.

Referral Protection Policy

If a tenant cannot be contacted, does not proceed, or leaves within the stated period, a credit will be applied to the agent account.

Credits can be used towards future referrals or subscriptions.
